Aam ki Launji
This post is also available in: हिन्दी
Aam ki launji is an amazing sweet and spicy chutney made with raw mango, jaggery and spices.
This is one of the must-have recipes made of mangoes. This is made when the raw mangoes are available in the summer. You can make and store it for few days in the refrigerator.
This is a pickled recipe made on a gas stove. My family loves this aam ki launji. And it is the favourite of all of them.
In India, we made many dishes made with mango either is raw or riped. You can watch my other recipes like raw mango and onion chutney, Mango kulfi stuffed with rabri, mango pickle, aam panna (refreshing summer drink), and many more.

How to store aam ki launji?
It can be preserved for many days in the fridge. But I would suggest consuming it within 7 days. And again make it fresh.
I made it in a limited quantity so that it can be consumed in 4-5 days.
What serves best with aam ki launji?
I have it with roti, parantha, puri in fact every Indian meal. It will add sweet and spicy flavour to your plate. I would suggest having 2-3 spoons with every meal in the summers.
