In a bowl mix teaspoon of salt, ajwaiyan, 3-4 tbsp of cooking oil and maida. Mix it well. And add water and knead it. And let it rest for 10-15 minute.
Roll the dough ball and cut it from the centre. Apply some water on the straight edge & join them. Put samosa stuffing into it. Seal the open ends of it. Press both the edges and seal it well.
