It is one of my favourite food. Sometimes I add little tomato ketchup, mint coriander chutney or lemon juice on top of it. To enjoy more add namkeen bhujia on top of it & it will taste good.
Ingredients
6 Bread Slice2 finally chopped tomatoe2 Chopped Onion2 Chopped green chilie1 Inch Gingerhalf cup boiled potato cut in piecehalf cup boiled peahalf Chopped capsicum
Cut the bread slices into square pieces.On heated cooking oil add ½ tsp of brown mustard seed and cumin seed and cook them.Add green chillies and ginger and saute it.Add chopped onion and cook it.
Now add chopped tomatoes and saute them.Add 1 pinch of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of chaat masala and salt and cook them.Add boiled potatoes, boiled peas, chopped capsicum.Cook these for a few minutes.
Add a little bit of water and boil it.Now add bread pieces and mix it well.Serve it on a plate and add some lemon juice on top of it.
1. Try with carrot, cauliflower, cabbage, beans.2. Garnish it with fresh coriander. 3. Have this with plain curd. It will taste amazing.
