Mango Shake and Mango Mastani Recipe

Mango shake (Mango milkshake) is a cool and delicious fruit drink that is simply prepared by blending mango, milk, and sugar. It is very easy to prepare. And its taste is different according to the taste of the mangoes.

I am sharing today mango shake and mango mastani recipe with you. Both are easy to make but have a few different tastes.
It is a very famous summer drink in India. You can see its stall everywhere in summer. I used to drink a lot when I was a child. Now, I make it for everyone in my family. And I love to drink it also.
There is one tip while making a mango shake. Always use non-fibrous mangoes. Otherwise, it will come in the mouth while having mango shake and it will spoil its taste.
Always use sweet mango so that you have to add very little sugar to it. Otherwise, you will have to add more sugar to it.
Apart from mango shake, banana shake, strawberry shake, chocolate shake are very famous and common in India. You can enjoy this in every juice shop.
It is very filling and gives instant energy to us. I have never met a person who did not like it.
Mango mastani is another version of mango shake. It is a little thick. And loaded with ice cream on top of it and some dry fruits, tutti-fruity.
Even the presentation is quite good at this. That’s why it looks good and taste a little better.

Mango Shake and Mango Mastani
Ingredients
Mango Shake
- 1 bowl mango cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 glass milk
- chopped pistachio, cashew, almonds for garnishing
Mango Mastani
- 1 bowl chopped mango
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 1 glass milk
- dry fruits like pistachio, almonds, cashew for garnishing
Instructions
Mango Shake Recipe
- Put chopped mangoes and sugar on blender
- Add milk on top of it.
- Blend it till it gets smooth
- Serve in a serving glass.
- Garnish it with dry fruits like chopped pistachio, cashew, almonds
Mango Mastani Recipe
- Put chopped mangoes and sugar on the blender
- Add milk on top of it.
- Add one scoop of vanilla ice cream on it.
- Blend it till it gets smooth
- Put mango chunks on serving the glass
- add 1 ice cream scoop on top of it
- add shake on top of it
- add vanilla ice cream scoop on top of it.
- Add mango chunks on top of it for garnishing.
- Garnish it with dry fruits like chopped pistachio, cashew, almonds, tutti fruity and cherry.
Notes
- Add Saffron or kesar to enhance its taste while blending mangoes.
- You can add crushed cardamom seeds powder to add good fragrance and flavor in it.
- Add powdered dry fruits like almonds on it at the time of blending to add some more flavor.
- To make it more healthy you can add jaggery or honey on it. And avoid sugar from it.
- Use full cream milk to enhance its taste. If you are on dieting then you can use toned milk as well.
