Atta dough
3-4 big size boiled potatoes
3-4 finely chopped green chilies
coriander leaves
2 inch piece of grated ginger
½ lemon juice

½ tsp haldi (turmeric)
1½ tsp coriander (dhaniya) powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp dried mango powder
Ingredients
Mash all the boiled potatoes. And put all the spices in it. Now add green chillies, grated ginger and chopped coriander leaves in it. And mix it with hands. Stuffing for paratha is ready.
Step - 1
Roll the dough ball slowly with the help of a rolling pin (belan). Put potato stuffing between the centre of it. And make sure the 3 inches space is left from the corners.
Step - 2
Carefully seal all the corners. Bring all the edges together and pinch to seal the edges. Roll it slowly and make the paratha until its size becomes 6 inches approx.
Step - 3
Place the rolled paratha on it. Flip it, when the base is partially cooked. Spread some oil with the help of a spoon on the partly cooked part. Spread some oil on other side also.
Step - 4
Flip again once or twice until it is cooked from both sides. Press the edges of the paratha with the spoon to cook it properly from all the sides. It should be golden brown from both sides.
Step - 5
Your aloo paratha is ready to serve. Serve it directly on the plate. Put some homemade butter on top of it.

Serve with tea or curd, pickle, mint coriander chutney etc
